针对传统感应电源控制精度低、电路复杂等问题,提出一种基于TMS320F2812的控制系统。文章首先对感应电源加热系统整体硬件架构进行设计;其次,提出一种自适应移相控制策略,从而可用较小的移相实现对输出功率的连续调节,并使IGBT开关器件处在软开关状态;再次在软件程序设计方面,利用增量式PI控制算法,实现对输出功率的闭环控制调节,以此提高输出功率的稳定性。最后利用Simulink仿真软件对上述设计的可行性进行了验证,并大大提高了系统控制精度和稳定性。
Aiming at the problems of low control precision and complicated circuit of traditional inductive power supply, a control system based on TMS320F2812 is proposed. The article first designs the overall hardware architecture of the induction heating system. Secondly, an adaptive phase shift control strategy is proposed, which can realize continuous adjustment of the output power with a smaller phase shift, and make the IGBT switching device in the soft-switching state Once again, in the aspect of software programming, the incremental PI control algorithm is used to adjust the closed-loop control of the output power to improve the stability of the output power. Finally, Simulink simulation software was used to verify the feasibility of the above design and greatly improve the system control accuracy and stability.
