随着科学技术的发展,互联网的应用涉及到人们生活的方方面面,对于日渐兴起的旅游业来说更是如此。导游管理是旅游业发展的重要环节,也是促进其稳定繁荣的基础,目前它与信息产业已呈现深度融合之势,后者对旅游管理起到积极的促进作用。本文就互联网时代下导游管理模式的现状和完善导游管理模式的策略,希望对相关部门提供有效建议。
With the development of science and technology, the application of the Internet involves all aspects of people’s lives, especially for the rising tourism industry. Tour guide management is an important part of tourism development as well as the basis for promoting its stability and prosperity. At present, it has shown a deep integration with the information industry and the latter has played a positive role in tourism management. This article on the Internet era under the tour guide management mode and improve the tour guide management mode strategy, hoping to provide effective advice to the relevant departments.
