研究了T700碳纤维/玻璃纤维、T700碳纤维/玄武岩纤维不同纤维配比混杂材料的层合板拉伸性能。结果表明,混杂纤维层合板的拉伸性能随着碳纤维含量提高而提高;高断裂位移的纤维可以提高混杂纤维复合材料的断裂伸长率。复合材料模量混杂公式得到的理论值与实际测量值比较接近;加入玻璃纤维或玄武岩纤维可以提高复合材料的韧性,同时节省成本。
Tensile properties of laminates of T700 carbon fiber / glass fiber, T700 carbon fiber / basalt fiber with different fiber proportion hybrid materials were studied. The results show that the tensile properties of hybrid fiber laminates increase with the increase of carbon fiber content. The fibers with high fracture displacement can increase the elongation at break of hybrid fiber composites. The theoretical values obtained by the hybrid moduli of composites are close to the actual measured values. The addition of glass fiber or basalt fiber can improve the toughness of composites and save the cost.
