目的评估超声诊断胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经确诊的120例中枢神经系统畸形的胎儿的声像图特征。结果 120例胎儿的超声诊断结果为脉络丛囊肿5例,骶尾部畸胎瘤5例,胼骶体缺失4例,前脑无裂畸形5例,开放性脊柱裂12例,Dandy-Walker综合征10例,脑膨出7例,脑室扩张40例(脑导水管狭窄25例)、Calen静脉瘤1例,蛛网膜囊肿3例,水脑畸形5例,无脑儿23例。结论超声为一种重要的诊断胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的方法 ,应用方便有效,且诊断准确率高。
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system deformity. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the sonographic features of 120 confirmed fetuses with central nervous system deformity. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of 120 fetuses was found in 5 cases of choroid plexus cysts, 5 cases of sacrococcygeal teratoma, 4 cases of corpus callosum, 5 cases of anterior segment malformation, 12 cases of open spina bifida, Dandy-Walker syndrome 10 cases, 7 cases of encephalocele, 40 cases of ventricular dilatation (cerebral aqueduct stenosis in 25 cases), Calen’s aneurysm in 1 case, arachnoid cyst in 3 cases, hydrocephalus deformity in 5 cases and no brain in 23 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound is an important method to diagnose fetal central nervous system deformity. It is convenient and effective to use and has high diagnostic accuracy.
