砖砌体结构由来已久,因其材料来源方便且价格低廉的优势常被用于民用与工业建筑的柱、墙以及基础建设,其具有良好的耐久性和耐火性,一直被沿用至今。但是因其连接方式和材料的特殊性,抗拉和抗剪强度较低,变形能力差,容易产生裂缝,不仅仅会影响到建筑整体美感,出现墙体渗水和漏水的现象,严重的会出现建筑坍塌,危及到经济的发展和生命的安全,本文对砌体结构的裂缝成因和防治的措施进行分析和研究
