目的:通过大鼠慢性心衰模型试验研究参附提取物的抗心衰作用。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法复制大鼠慢性心衰模型,测定大鼠血流动力学指标、心脏脏器指数、心肌酶、大鼠心肌病理组织学指标变化。结果:1~4g/kg参附提取物能明显降低腹主动脉缩窄所致慢性心力衰竭模型大鼠心肌肥厚程度,明显升高模型大鼠LVSP、LV-dp/dtmax、LV+dp/dtmax,降低LVEDP,降低模型大鼠CK和LDH,表明参附提取物呈剂量依赖性增强慢性心衰模型大鼠心肌纤维的顺应性,改善舒张功能,有治疗慢性心衰的作用。结论:参附提取物具有抑制大鼠慢性心衰模型心肌重构,改善心肌纤维的收缩性和舒张性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Shenfu extract on anti-heart failure through rat model of chronic heart failure. METHODS: The rat model of chronic heart failure was established by abdominal aortic coarctation. The hemodynamic parameters, heart organ index, myocardial enzymes, and pathological histological changes were determined. RESULTS: 1~4g/kg Shenfu extract could significantly reduce myocardial hypertrophy in chronic heart failure model rats induced by abdominal aortic coarctation, and significantly increased LVSP, LV-dp/dtmax, LV+dp/dtmax in model rats. The decrease of LVEDP and the decrease of CK and LDH in model rats showed that Shenfu extract enhanced the compliance of myocardial fibers in chronic heart failure model rats in a dose-dependent manner, improved diastolic function, and had the effect of treating chronic heart failure. Conclusion: Shenfu extract can inhibit myocardial remodeling in rats with chronic heart failure and improve the contractile and diastolic effects of myocardial fibers.
