随着我国经济的迅猛发展,供电企业在社会能源保障方面也肩负起了越来越重大的社会责任。对于电力营销工作人员,尤其是管理者来说,要想及时快捷地掌握、跟踪各项营销工作的工作动态并对突发事件快速响应是一件相当吃力的事情。由于缺乏一个信息技术平台支撑,传统的工作模式与全方位、全过程的营销管理之间的矛盾越来越突出。营销监控指挥系统创造性地进行了企业级营销信息整合的探索,成功实现了供电企业营销相关信息系统的整合,为供电企业营销业务监控、营销资源调度及营销事件处理提供了信息化的支撑平台。
