6月下半月,滨江市场的成交量大幅萎缩,相比于5月下半月的1162套和6月上半月的1032套,本期681套显得有些惨淡,不但跌回了千套以内,环比34%的缩量还是让人有些意外。受可售房源存量影响,目前滨江可售房源实在不多。本期成交量超过百套的楼盘只有两个,分别是刚刚新推房源的风景蝶院的188套和老盘江南文苑的177套,而排名第三的银爵世纪就只成交68套房源。前期的一些热门楼盘因为无房可售在成交榜上难有建树。
