自1996年4月以来,我院采用自制简易空心泪道探针行冲洗加探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎102例,取得了满意效果。现报告如下。 资料与方法:取同期门诊新生儿泪囊炎185例,随机分为2组,观察组102例,对照组83例。观察组男43例,女59例;单眼93例,双眼9例;年龄1.5～2.5岁。对照组男34例,女49例;单眼75例,双眼8例;年龄2月～3岁。对照组采用保守治疗,即每日点抗生素眼药水6～8次,嘱家长向下挤压泪囊区,2～3次/d,2周后复诊。观察组采用自制简易空心泪道探针行冲洗加探通术,即将7号针头前端磨至圆钝制成空心探针,后接装有0.25％氯霉素眼药水的5ml注射器。将空心
Since April 1996, our hospital with self-made hollow lacrimal probe probe flushing plus exploration of 102 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis, and achieved satisfactory results.
