目的了解目前医学研究生的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对广州地区638名医学研究生进行调查。结果约有26.96%的医学研究生存在不同程度心理健康问题,其SCL-90得分比全国常模低,差异有统计学意义。一年级的医学研究生SCL-90的得分低于二、三年级,差异有统计学意义。学过心理知识的医学研究生SCL-90得分低于没学过心理知识的医学研究生,差异有统计学意义。读研期间自感压力很重的医学研究生SCL-90得分高于自感压力比较重和自感压力轻的医学研究生,差异有统计学意义。自感专业就业前景好的医学研究生SCL-90得分最低,其次是自感专业就业前景一般和自感专业就业前景差的医学研究生,差异有统计学意义。结论广州地区医学院校的研究生总体心理健康状况略优于全国成人水平,但仍有部分医学研究生有心理问题,应予以高度重视并加强心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the current mental health status of medical students. Methods A total of 638 medical graduate students in Guangzhou were investigated using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results about 26.96% of medical graduate students have different degrees of mental health problems, the SCL-90 score lower than the national norm, the difference was statistically significant. The first-year medical graduate SCL-90 scores lower than the second and third grades, the difference was statistically significant. Psychological knowledge of medical graduate students SCL-90 score lower than those who did not learn psychological knowledge of medical graduate students, the difference was statistically significant. During the study period, the SCL-90 scores of self-induced stress medical graduate students were higher than those of medical postgraduates who felt more self-induced pressure and lighter self-reaction pressure. The difference was statistically significant. SCL-90 score is the lowest among medical postgraduates with good career prospects, followed by those with post-professional self-employment prospects and those with self-sensed post-employment prospects. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The overall mental health status of postgraduates in medical schools in Guangzhou is slightly better than that of adults in the country. However, some medical postgraduates still have psychological problems and should attach great importance to mental health education.
