目的探讨原发性胆囊癌的主要误诊原因,提高早期诊断率。方法对54例原发性胆囊癌误诊进行分析,提出胆囊癌与胆囊结石、胆囊息肉等的关系及鉴别方法。结果胆囊癌与胆囊结石、胆囊息肉等之间有一定关系,应在术前、术中进行鉴别。结论凡术前诊为胆囊结石、胆囊息肉等的病人,均应疑及胆囊癌的可能。
Objective To investigate the main causes of misdiagnosis of primary gallbladder cancer and to improve the early diagnosis rate. Methods 54 cases of primary gallbladder cancer misdiagnosed analysis of gallbladder cancer and gallstone, gallbladder polyps and the relationship between the identification method. The results of gallbladder cancer and gallstones, gallbladder polyps have a certain relationship between, should be preoperative and intraoperative identification. Conclusion All preoperative diagnosis of gallstones, gallbladder polyps and other patients, should be suspected and gallbladder cancer possible.
