LE膨胀材料系经过特殊物理化学手段改性的无机非金属物质,它可与水泥的水化产物反应,造成水泥石的体积膨胀.实验考察了LE膨胀材料对水泥浆工程性能和温度、压力及受限程度对水泥石膨胀率、抗压强度、胶结强度的影响.此外,还对其与降失水剂、分散剂的复配性能及水泥石的酸溶性进行了研究.结果表明:LE膨胀材料在常温常压及高温高压下均能使油气井水泥石产生明显的体积膨胀,除具有轻度缓凝作用外,同时具有降失水、控制析水和改善胶结强度及抗压强度的作用,而对水泥浆的其它性能无过大影响,所形成的水泥石具有优良的酸溶性.因而是一种多功能膨胀材料.最后,对LE膨胀材料的作用机理进行了分析.“,”LE expansive material is an inorganic nonmetal substance modified by means of a special physicochemical method and it may react with the hydrates of cement,causing the bond cement to be expensive.By way of experiments,the influence of the LE expansive material on the slurry performance and that of the temperature,pressure and confinement level on the expansion rate,compressive strength and cementing strength of the bond cement were examined.In addition,the p...
