为探索与生物防治相协调的化学防治措施,安徽农业大学植物保护学院科研人员近期测定了Bt、阿维菌素、吡虫啉氟啶脲、溴氰菊酯和毒死蜱等6种保护地蔬菜常用杀虫剂对捕食性天敌巴氏钝绥螨的室内毒力,并初步评价了这6种杀虫剂对巴氏钝绥螨的安全性。试验结果表明,供试的6种杀虫剂对巴氏钝绥螨的毒力大小顺序依次为溴氰菊酯>毒死蜱>氟啶脲>阿维菌素>吡虫啉>Bt;其中,溴氰菊酯对巴氏钝绥螨毒性最大,其致死中浓度(LC50)达77.04毫克/升,而Bt制剂的LC50为17214.19毫克/升,对巴氏钝绥螨的安全性相对较高。
In order to explore chemical control measures coordinated with biological control, researchers at Plant Protection College of Anhui Agricultural University have recently determined the common insecticide and insecticide resistance of six kinds of protected vegetables such as Bt, abamectin, imidacloprid, deltamethrin and chlorpyrifos Agent on the indoor predation of aphid-resistant Paspal deer, and preliminarily evaluated the safety of the six kinds of insecticides against the pasteurized amblyseius. The results showed that the order of the virulence of six pesticides tested against A. buchs was deltamethrin> chlorpyrifos> chlorfluazuron> avermectin> imidacloprid> Bt, among which deltamethrin Ester was most toxic to A. asepsis, with a lethal concentration (LC50) of 77.04 mg / L, while LC50 of Bt formulation was 17214.19 mg / L, which was relatively safe to P. asepsis.
