目的了解邹城市食品加工行业食品安全状况,找出存在的问题,提高食品行业档次,保障食品质量。方法对2007-2008年7类食品加工行业监督检查及抽样检验资料进行分析。结果监督检查食品行业273户(次),部分食品厂家存在食品安全隐患。检测8类1202份样品,不合格样品为166份,其中微生物指标超标131份,均为菌落总数和大肠菌群超标;理化指标超标为35份,均为人工合成色素-亚硝酸盐超标。结论邹城市食品加工行业存在一定的食品安全问题,应进一步提高食品质量。
Objective To understand the food safety status of food processing industry in Zoucheng City, find out the existing problems, improve the grade of food industry and ensure the food quality. Methods Seven kinds of food processing industry supervision and inspection and sample inspection data from 2007 to 2008 were analyzed. The results of supervision and inspection of 273 food industry (times), some food manufacturers exist food safety problems. 1202 samples of 8 categories were tested, 166 samples were unqualified, of which 131 were beyond the standard. All of them were the total number of colonies and coliform bacteria exceeded the standard. The physical and chemical indexes exceeded the standard of 35, all of which were synthetic pigment-nitrite exceeding the standard. Conclusion Zoucheng food processing industry there is a certain degree of food safety issues, should further improve food quality.
