本文阐述了宝钢第一期工程原料码头的引桥被外轮撞塌后,对打捞出水后的 BR32号钢梁各损坏部位进行割除、焊接修复及起吊复位的措施。为避免修复过程中过多地出现仰焊,保证焊缝质量,有利焊缝根部焊透,焊缝主要采用了单面小坡口、大间隙、垫板的焊接工艺。经超声波检测表明,焊缝质量均达到 IIW的Ⅱ级际准,保证了该桥一次起吊复位成功。
This paper describes the measures taken to remove, repair and lift the damaged parts of BR32 steel beam after the salvaged water is discharged from the first approach of the Baotou Steel Works. In order to avoid too much back-up during the repair process and ensure the quality of the weld, it is beneficial to weld the root of the weld. The weld mainly adopts the welding process with single groove, large gap and backing plate. Ultrasonic testing showed that the weld quality reached II level IIW quasi-standard, to ensure that the lifting of the bridge a successful reset.
