学生的学习能力是潜在的,为教之道,贵在挖掘学生的学习潜能。初中数学教师应谨记新课程“以学生发展为本”的教学理念,把“不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”作为教学出发点,结合初中数学学科内容特点和学生心理发展规律,构划科学、实用和高效的教学策略。以期培养学生积极的情感态度,激发学生学习的主动性,在学习潜能的不断挖掘中促进学生的深层次发展。
