目的探讨大学生群体心脏疾病发病及病种构成情况,评价超声心动图诊断高校学生心脏疾病的应用价值。方法对北京邮电大学2006—2014年经超声心动图诊断的29例在校学生心脏疾病进行回顾性分析。结果共检出7种24例先天性心脏病,占82.76%;3种5例心肌疾病,占17.24%。结论超声心动图检查对于及时准确诊断大学生心脏疾病具有重要的应用价值,可为学校针对患病学生进行健康管理提供依据。
Objective To explore the incidence of heart disease and the constitution of diseases among college students and to evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of heart disease among college students. Methods A retrospective analysis of 29 school-based heart disease diagnosed by echocardiography from 2006 to 2014 at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications was conducted. Results Seven kinds of 24 cases of congenital heart disease were detected, accounting for 82.76%. Three kinds of 5 cases of myocardial disease accounted for 17.24%. Conclusion Echocardiography has important application value in diagnosing heart disease of undergraduates timely and accurately, which can provide the basis for the health management of sick students in the school.
