在种子贮藏过程中菜豆种子活力下降严重影响农业生产,提高陈旧菜豆种子的活力对陈旧菜豆种子的利用具有重要意义。本试验以陈旧菜豆种子为试验材料,以不同浓度水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)处理陈旧菜豆种子,研究水杨酸对陈旧菜豆种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:较低浓度水杨酸浸种处理可以促进陈旧菜豆种子的萌发。陈旧菜豆种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和生物学产量等指标在低浓度范围内呈显著增长趋势,其中40 mg/L的水杨酸处理效果最为显著,而高于40 mg/L的水杨酸处理则对种子萌发起抑制作用,各项萌发和生长指标均随水杨酸浓度的增加而明显下降。
In the process of seed storage, the drop of vigor of kidney bean seeds seriously affects agricultural production, and improving the vitality of old kidney bean seeds is of great significance for the utilization of old kidney bean seeds. In this experiment, the seeds of old beans were used as test materials, the seeds of old beans were treated with different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA) to study the effect of salicylic acid on the seed germination and seedling growth of old beans. The results showed that the soaking treatment with salicylic acid at a lower concentration could promote the germination of Chenou bean seeds. The indexes of germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index and biological yield of obsolete bean seeds increased significantly in the low concentration range, of which 40 mg / L salicylic acid treatment effect was the most significant, but higher than 40 mg / L of salicylic acid treatment of seed germination had a inhibitory effect, the germination and growth indicators were significantly decreased with the increase of salicylic acid concentration.
