目的探讨专科医院信息化管理系统在医院门诊应用效果情况。方法选取医院门诊医护人员40名作为观察对象,依据医院信息化管理系统实施前后进行分组,2011年1月—2013年2月为信息化管理系统实施前,2013年3月—2015年3月信息化管理系统实施后。观察医院信息化管理系统前后医护人员对信息化管理的认知程度评分,观察医院信息化管理系统前后门诊并发症发生率、医院感染发生率、患者满意度情况。结果信息化管理系统实施后医护人员对信息化管理的认知程度评分均优于实施前,信息化管理系统实施后门诊并发症发生率、医院感染发生率、患者满意度均优于实施前,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论专科医院信息化管理系统在医院门诊应用后,可以明显的提高医护人员认知水平,降低风险事件发生率,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application effect of hospital information system in hospital. Methods Forty outpatient medical staffs were selected as observation objects and grouped according to the hospital information management system before and after implementation. The data from January 2011 to February 2013 were before the implementation of the information management system, and from March 2013 to March 2015 After the implementation of the management system Before and after the hospital information management system, the medical staff rated the cognitive degree of information management, observed the incidence of outpatient complication, the incidence of nosocomial infection and patient satisfaction before and after the hospital information management system. Results After the implementation of the information management system, the health care workers’ scores on the cognitive level of information management were better than those before the implementation. The incidence of outpatient complications, the incidence of nosocomial infection and patient satisfaction were better than those before the implementation of the information management system. P <0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Hospital information management system in hospital out-patient applications, can significantly improve the cognitive level of medical staff, reduce the incidence of risk events and improve patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting the application.
