为了解决修理气缸不出团,以及拖拉机、农具的其它零件的孔加工问题,我们自制了一台立卧两用镗床(图1)。五年多来,加工过气缸套、气缸盖、变速箱孔、后桥壳孔及4105、4115、4125等柴油机主轴瓦座孔等零件,加工质量都达到要求,机床运转可靠正常。更换专用夹具后,对24行播种机行走轮进行过批量较大的加工,也取得了满意的效果。此外,通过更换不同刀具,在这台镗床上还可以进行钻孔、镗孔、铣平面。一、镗床结构及传动系统镗床由以下几个主要部分构成:走刀箱10;主轴套9,镗头5的传动轴从主轴套中穿过;主轴箱8,
