一、前言对曲轴与飞轮的组合系统的自振频率、振型和传递函数,用转换阻抗法(简称RIM)进行分析,此方法是作者推荐的振动分析的一般方法。首先将曲轴分成几个直轴段和几个曲臂段,把飞轮分为圆盘与环两个部分。对直轴段应用考虑切向位移与转动惯量影响的传递矩阵法(简称TMM),对曲轴的曲臂段和飞轮的圆盘应用有限元法(简称FEM)。
I. Introduction The natural frequency, mode shape and transfer function of the combined system of crankshaft and flywheel are analyzed by the conversion impedance method (referred to as RIM). This method is the author’s general method of vibration analysis. First of all, the crankshaft is divided into several straight shaft segments and several crank segments, the flywheel is divided into two parts of the disc and the ring. The transfer matrix method (TMM), which takes into account the influence of tangential and moment of inertia, is applied to the straight shaft section. The finite element method (FEM) is applied to the crank arm section and the flywheel disk.
