液体外渗在临床上常可遇及,但我院在1例小儿氯胺酮静脉全麻过程中,由于液体外渗未能及时发现而导致小儿术后延迟苏醒11小时。现将其具体经过报告如下:
Fluid extravasation often encountered in clinical practice, but in our hospital in 1 case of pediatric ketamine intravenous anesthesia, due to liquid leakage can not be found in time and lead to delayed wake up in children after 11 hours. The specific report is as follows:
