浙江大学农学院刘树生教授课题组与周雪平教授课题组紧密合作,历经5年,以入侵我国的B烟粉虱-中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒-烟草组合为试验材料,综合应用基因组学、转录组学、代谢组学、化学分析、转基因、生态学等研究方法,探讨媒介昆虫与植物病毒通过寄主植物介导形成互惠关系的生理机制和分子机制。 Professor Liu Shusheng from Zhejiang University College of Agriculture worked closely with Professor Zhou Xueping’s task force. After 5 years of study, the B. tabaci-Chinese Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus-Tobacco (B. tabaci-Tobacco) invaded China was used as experimental material. Genomic and transcriptome Study of metabolomics, chemical analysis, gene transfer, ecology and other research methods to explore the physiological mechanisms and molecular mechanisms mediated by host insects and plant viruses.
