大鼠下丘脑神经分泌细胞的免疫组织化学研究

用免疫组化方法系统观察了大鼠下丘脑各部精氨酸加压素(AVP)和催产素(OT)阳性细胞的形态和分布。结果表明:AVP阳性细胞大部集中在视上核主部腹侧区、室旁核外侧亚核和视交叉上核。OT阳性细胞多分布在视上核主部背侧区、前连合核和室旁核内侧亚核、后亚核及外侧亚核周围部。在视前区第三脑室周围,紧靠室管膜,也可见许多OT阳性细胞。OT和AVP阳性细胞均见于环状核、穹隆核、内侧前脑束核等下丘脑附属核及第三脑室室管膜上皮内,但未发现两者在这些部位的数量和分布上有明显差异。 Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the morphology and distribution of arginine vasopressin (AVP) and oxytocin (OT) positive cells in rat hypothalamus. The results showed that the majority of AVP positive cells were located in the ventral zone of the supraoptic nucleus, the subnucleus lateralis and the suprachiasmatic nucleus. OT positive cells are mainly distributed in the dorsal region of the main part of the supraoptic nucleus, the subunits of the anterior commissure nucleus and paraventricular nucleus, the posterior subnucleus and the periphery of the subnucleus lateralis. In the preoptic area around the third ventricle, close to the ependymal, many OT-positive cells can also be seen. OT and AVP positive cells were found in the nucleus of the hypothalamus and the third ventricle ependymal epithelium, such as annular nucleus, vault nucleus, medial forebrain bundle nucleus, but there was no significant difference in the number and distribution of these two sites .
