On February 18, 1994, the first unit of the 2×100MW project of the first phase of the Haibowan Power Plant, Inner Mongolia’s first power company, was completed and put into operation six months ahead of schedule. The overall quality of the unit is excellent in the static and dynamic evaluation of the quality supervision department.
