目的研究山栀茶Pittosporum illicioides化学成分。方法应用硅胶、大孔树脂、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱分离纯化,并通过波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从山栀茶乙醇提取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为粟猪殃殃素(大叶茜草素,1)、豆甾醇(2)、3α-羟基-20-脱甲异木油树-14(15)-烯-28,30-二酸(3)、1,3-二羟基蒽醌(4)、1,3,6-三羟基-2-甲基蒽醌(5)、8-O-4/8-O-4-脱氢阿魏酸三聚体(6)、1,3,6-三羟基-2-甲基蒽醌-3-O-α-鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、丁香树脂醇双葡萄糖苷(8)、1,3,6-三羟基-2-甲基蒽醌-3-O-α-鼠李糖-(1→2)-β-D-(6′-O-乙酰基)-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论除化合物3和8外,其他化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pittosporum illicioides. Methods Silica gel, macroporous resin and dextran gel chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Fructus Gardeniae and identified as Sumatrastin (1), stigmasterol (2), 3α-hydroxy-20-desmethyl- (3), 1,3-dihydroxyanthraquinone (4), 1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone (5), 8- O-4/8-O-4-dehydro Ferulic acid trimer (6), 1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone-3-O- → 2) -β-D-glucoside (7), syringaresinolglucoside (8), 1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone-3-O- (1 → 2) -β-D- (6’-O-acetyl) -glucoside (9). Conclusion All the compounds except for compounds 3 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
