为推广全球化学品统一分类和标签制度(GHS)在复杂混合物中的实施,概括总结化学品混合物的GHS分类指导原则,研究一般临界值、加和公式和加和法这3种方法被用为GHS分类方法的可行性。使用加和公式,得到混合物的急性毒性、危害水生环境类别。使用加和法,得到混合物的皮肤腐蚀/刺激、严重眼损伤/眼刺激、危害水生环境类别。其他健康危害和环境危害类别,可以使用一般临界值得到。以毒死蜱乳油为例,应用GHS分类方法,得到毒死蜱乳油(EC)的GHS分类。结果表明,用一般临界值、加和公式和加和法,可以在现有纯物质的GHS分类和毒理学数据基础上推导出复杂混合物的健康危害和环境危害分类。
In order to promote the GHS implementation in complex mixtures, the GHS classification guidelines for chemical mixtures are summarized, and the three methods of studying general thresholds, addition formulas and addition methods are used as Feasibility of GHS classification method. Use the sum formula to get the acute toxicity of the mixture and endanger the aquatic environment category. Use the summation method to get skin corrosion / irritation of the mixture, serious eye damage / eye irritation, endangering the aquatic environment category. Other categories of health hazards and environmental hazards can be obtained using the general threshold. Taking chlorpyrifos EC as an example, the GHS classification method was used to obtain the GHS classification of chlorpyrifos EC. The results showed that using the general critical value, addition formula and addition method, the classification of health hazards and environmental hazards of complex mixture can be derived based on the GHS classification and toxicological data of the existing pure substances.
