为了解青岛市不同功能区居民的汞暴露情况,在青岛市城阳区、李沧区、崂山区和即墨市收集223名居民的头发样品,发汞含量用冷蒸气原子吸收法测定。结果表明,青岛市不同功能区居民的发汞质量比范围为0.02~28.75 mg/kg,均值为0.06 mg/kg。在223份样品中,有23份发汞质量比超过了美国环境保护局制定的1 mg/kg的限值,占总数的10.31%,说明青岛市存在人群发生汞暴露的健康风险。即墨市和李沧区居民的发汞质量比高于城阳区和崂山区居民的发汞质量比。在各影响因素中,发汞质量比与性别、食鱼频率没有相关关系,与年龄成正相关关系,有饮酒习惯的居民的发汞质量比明显高于没有饮酒习惯居民的发汞质量比。
In order to understand the mercury exposure of residents in different functional areas in Qingdao, hair samples of 223 residents were collected in Chengyang, Licang, Laoshan and Jimo of Qingdao. The mercury content was determined by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the mercury content of residents in different functional areas in Qingdao ranged from 0.02 to 28.75 mg / kg with a mean of 0.06 mg / kg. Of the 223 samples, 23 were higher than the limit of 1 mg / kg set by the US Environmental Protection Agency, accounting for 10.31% of the total, indicating the health risk of mercury exposure among people in Qingdao. Jimo City and Licang District residents hair mercury quality ratio higher than the Chengyang District and Laoshan District residents hair mercury quality ratio. Among the influencing factors, there was no correlation between mercury-producing quality ratio and sex and frequency of eating fish, and positive correlation with age. The mercury-producing quality ratio of residents with drinking habits was significantly higher than that of mercury-free residents without drinking habit.
