用组织培养方法进行工厂化品种繁殖决定于如下两点:1.掌握关于某品种组织培养繁殖方法的知识。2.同其他繁殖方法相比,经济上合算。大多数蕨类植物和草本植物很可能都可以用组织培养繁殖,似乎不必花太多的力量去研究。但对木本植物来说,则非如此,不过,最近这方面的研究正在迅速增加。关于组织培养繁殖方法同其他繁殖方法相比所能得到的经济效益,目前尚无精确的核算。这里讨论两个问题:一、组织培养繁殖方法所需的设备及成本;二、降低繁殖成本的可能途径。关于这两方面要考虑的问题,综述如下:1.实验室整个过程的设备及有关费用组织培养繁殖主要有三个方面的工作,既培养基的制备、接种和培养。可以通过提高自动化操作的程度,实现培养基生产商业化以及在温室利用自然光照等方法来降低成本。
Tissue culture methods of plant breeding depends on the following two points: 1. Master a variety of tissue culture and propagation methods of knowledge. Compared with other breeding methods, economically cost-effective. Most ferns and herbs are likely to be able to multiply with tissue culture, do not seem to have to spend too much effort to study. But this is not the case for woody plants, but recent research in this area is rapidly increasing. There is currently no accurate accounting of the economic benefits that tissue culture methods can produce as compared to other methods of reproduction. Two issues are discussed here: First, the equipment and costs needed to organize and train reproductive methods; Second, possible ways to reduce reproductive costs. The two aspects to be considered are summarized as follows: 1. Laboratory equipment and related costs throughout the process of tissue culture There are three main areas of work, both medium preparation, vaccination and training. The cost can be reduced by increasing the degree of automation, commercializing medium production and using natural lighting in greenhouses.
