12月5日,科技部、信息产业部举行合作议定书签字仪式,就推进农业科技110信息服务(以下简称“农技110”)科技下乡和农村信息化综合信息服务工程(以下简称“综合信息服务工程”)合作共建,共同促进社会主义新农村建设,达成协议。科技部副部长刘燕华,信息产业部副部长苟仲文出席签字仪式并讲话。科技部、信息产业部和国家邮政局有关司局以及有关单位的负责人出席了签字仪式。
