目的建立工作场所空气中己二胺的检测方法。方法用蒸馏水吸收空气中己二胺,碱性条件下显色,分光光度法比色测定。结果标准曲线回归方程为y=46.42x-0.27,相关系数r=0.9999;检出限为0.066μg/m l;高、中、低三个浓度6天6次测定的变异系数为2.6%、2.2%、3.0%;加标回收率为94%~106.8%,采样效率91.4%~99.2%。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中己二胺浓度的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hexamethylenediamine in workplace air. Methods The diamines in the air were absorbed by distilled water, and developed under alkaline conditions. The colorimetric determination was performed by spectrophotometry. Results The regression equation of the standard curve was y = 46.42x-0.27 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9999. The detection limit was 0.066μg / ml. The coefficients of variation of the high, middle and low concentrations were 2.6% and 6% , 3.0% respectively; the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 94% to 106.8%, and the sampling efficiencies ranged from 91.4% to 99.2%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of hexamethylenediamine concentration in the workplace air.
