科学技术是科学和技术构成的复合概念。科学是正确反映事物及其规律的各种知识体系。技术则是积累的劳动经验和各种操作技能、程序、工艺和方法。 科学技术是第一生产力。它在现代社会生产力中起决定作用。它是生产力的智能形态,具有依附性和潜在性特点。它不直接进入生产过程,而是经过中介环节才转化为现实生产力。 认定科学技术是第一生产力,是对马克思主义生产力理论的继承和发展,对于我国社会主义现代化.有重要的现实意义。
Science and technology constitute a complex concept of science and technology. Science is a system of knowledge that correctly reflects things and their laws. Technology is the accumulation of labor experience and a variety of operating skills, procedures, processes and methods. Science and technology are primary productive forces. It plays a decisive role in the productivity of modern society. It is a smart, productive form of character that has characteristics of adherence and potential. It does not directly enter the production process, but only through the intermediary link into real productivity. It is of great practical significance to regard science and technology as the primary productive force, to inherit and develop Marxist theory of productive forces, and to the socialist modernization in our country.
