为学习和贯彻党的十六大精神 ,全面深化行政改革 ,2 0 0 2年 1 1月2 3日中国行政管理学会在北京组织召开了“贯彻十六大精神 ,深化行政改革”座谈会。会上来自不同单位和部门的八位专家学者对十六大报告中提出的七个方面进行了深入的解读 ,并进一步提出了深化行政改革的设想和建议。本刊特将他们的观点精要刊登如下 : In order to study and implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and deepen administrative reform in an all-round way, on January 23, 2002, the Chinese Institute of Administration held a forum on “implementing the spirit of the 16th National Congress and deepening administrative reform” in Beijing.
