私营股份有限公司在我中整体经济发展中具有重要的一位,对经济的独特贡献和产生的社会效益是众所贮存周知的;其高层管理人员对公司的发展壮大、有序运行和目标实现发挥了中流砥柱的作用,然而,私营股份有限公司的高层管理人员在激励和约束机制上却存在着重大的缺陷,特别在薪水上的无节制和犯罪行为的频繁发生成为社会的热门话题。为了私营股份有限公司的长远利益和良性发展,建立健全私营股份有限公司高层管理人员的激励与约束机制成了当务之急。
