目的 :CTX线管是CT机昂贵的消耗性部件 ,延长CTX线管的使用时间 ,节约消耗成本。方法 :作者对本院CTX线管高压放电故障进行了原因分析 ,确定为管套内绝缘油绝缘强度降低 ,更换合格绝缘油后 ,放电故障消失。结果 :保护了CTX线管 ,延长了CTX线管的使用寿命。结论 :在懂得X线机高压维修知识 ,具有一定维修条件的医院就可对CTX线管进行必要的维修。
Purpose: CTX tube is an expensive consumable part of CT machine, which prolongs the using time of CTX tube and saves the cost. Methods: The authors analyzed the causes of CTX line high voltage discharge failure in our hospital and determined that the insulation strength of the insulation oil in the casing decreased. After replacing the qualified insulation oil, the discharge fault disappeared. Result: The CTX tube is protected, extending the life of the CTX tube. Conclusion: The CTX tube can be repaired as necessary in a hospital with certain maintenance conditions knowing the knowledge of high-pressure maintenance of the X-ray machine.
