目的探讨脑动静脉畸形在彩色三维经颅多普勒上的表现与意义。方法搜集１９９２年７月至１９９８年６月３５００例病例中按栾国明的检查方法发现３８例颈内动脉系统血流速度异常者，诊断为脑动静脉畸形。结果３０例经血管造影证实。结论彩色三维经颅多普勒对脑动静脉畸形的诊断很有价值。
Objective To explore the performance and significance of cerebral arteriovenous malformations in color three-dimensional transcranial Doppler. Methods From July 1992 to June 1998, 38 cases with abnormal blood flow velocity in the internal carotid artery system were diagnosed as cerebral arteriovenous malformations in 3500 cases by Luan Guoming. Results of 30 cases confirmed by angiography. Conclusion The color three-dimensional transcranial Doppler is valuable for the diagnosis of cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
