目的:通过测定金银花的颜色及其有效成分绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量,将代表颜色的指标值与代表质量的指标值相联系,探索颜色与有效成分之间的相关性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定18批不同产地、采收期、加工方法的金银花样品中绿原酸、木犀草苷的含量,利用电子感观分析方法(色度仪)测量金银花的颜色。结果:绿原酸的含量与色度测量值L*值呈负相关,木犀草苷的含量与颜色值之间不存在显著相关关系。结论:通过该方法对颜色的测量,快速地判断或预测绿原酸的含量,其具体机制有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the correlation between color and active ingredients by measuring the color of honeysuckle and the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in its active ingredients, and connecting the index value of representative color with the index value of representative quality. Methods: The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in 18 samples of honeysuckle from different habitats, harvesting dates and processing methods were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The color of honeysuckle was measured by electronic sensory analysis (colorimeter). Results: There was a negative correlation between the content of chlorogenic acid and the value of L *. There was no significant correlation between the content of luteolin and the color value. Conclusion: The method of color measurement, rapid determination or prediction of chlorogenic acid content, the specific mechanism to be further studied.
