凉山经济协调发展的研究,对缩小凉山州与四川发达地区的差距和缩小州内县域经济发展差距,以及城乡的共同发展具有现实意义。采用人均GRP的极差、标准差、静态不平衡差、离散系数等指标分析县域间经济发展差距,对差距形成的原因和影响进行了分析,对县域间的协调发展提出了三点对策思考,一是构建“点—轴”开发模式,二是建立区域带动型重点县,三是加大对欠发达地区的扶持。
The research on the coordinated development of Liangshan economy has the realistic meaning to narrow the gap between Liangshan Prefecture and the developed areas in Sichuan and to narrow the gap between the development of county economy in the state and the common development between urban and rural areas. Analyzed the causes and effects of the formation of the gap by using such indicators as the range of standard deviation, standard deviation, static imbalance and dispersion coefficient of per capita GRP, analyzed the three reasons for the coordinated development of counties, First, build a “point - axis ” development model, the second is to establish a regional-driven key counties, the third is to increase support for less developed regions.
