目的利用地理信息系统(GIS)探索常州市肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的空间分布特点,为肾综合征出血热防控工作提供依据。方法收集常州市2005-2013年HFRS资料,以乡镇为单位,通过SPSS软件对地理信息数据进行聚类分析;以常州市1:10万地形图为背景,通过Mapinfo 9.5软件确定流行区域范围,并建立危险区域地图。结果2005-2013年75例HFRS病例主要集中于常州市武进区、金坛市和溧阳市等乡镇农村较多地区,根据空间聚类分析(RR=5.85,P<0.01)制订出高危地图,与该区域内农作物和啮齿类动物聚集等因素有关。结论常州市HFRS的空间分布为非随机分布,其分布特征与地理因素密切相关。
Objective To explore the spatial distribution characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Changzhou by using geographic information system (GIS), and provide the basis for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods The data of HFRS from 2005 to 2013 in Changzhou City were collected and the geographical information data were clustered by using SPSS software in the township level. Based on 1: 100000 topographic maps of Changzhou City, the area of epidemic area was determined by Mapinfo 9.5 software. Create a Hazardous Area Map. Results A total of 75 cases of HFRS from 2005 to 2013 were mainly located in more rural areas such as Wujin District, Jintan City and Liyang City, Changzhou City. According to the spatial clustering analysis (RR = 5.85, P <0.01) Crops and rodents gathered in the area and other factors. Conclusion The spatial distribution of HFRS in Changzhou is not randomly distributed, and its distribution is closely related to geographical factors.
