文章考虑风险因素对工程成本进度综合评价精度的影响,运用梯形模糊数学理论,结合质量挣值法,建立风险-质量挣值法评价指标体系。通过算例对风险-质量挣值法评价指标体系进行验算,得知风险-质量挣值法评价指标体系有较高的实施性,对工程成本进度绩效评价的结果精度也相对提升。 The paper considers the influence of risk factors on the comprehensive evaluation accuracy of project cost progress. By using trapezoidal fuzzy mathematics theory and the method of quality earned value, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of risk - quality earned value method. Through the calculation of the evaluation index system of risk-quality earned value method, we find that the evaluation index system of risk-quality earned value method has high implementation and the accuracy of the result evaluation of project cost progress is relatively improved.
