由此,本文通过归纳传统的网络优化方法的不足之处,对比当前的用户需求的发展方向,依据GSM/TD-SCDMA系统的上报的基站小区的测量报告的特点,提出了通过监测、采集无线接入网信令数据的方法,对无线网数据进行深度、全方位的挖掘和关键部分的专题性分析的新型优化手段。通过本系统的使用不但较好地保护了现有的设备投资、有效地控制了优化成本、提高了网络运行性能,而且还为用户提供更满意的通信服务,带动经济效益和社会效益的双提升。
Therefore, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of traditional network optimization methods, compares the current development trend of user needs, and according to the reported characteristics of base station cells in GSM / TD-SCDMA system, Access network signaling data methods, the wireless network data depth and omni-directional mining and key part of the thematic analysis of new optimization methods. Through the use of this system, not only the existing equipment investment is well protected, the optimization cost is effectively controlled, the network operation performance is improved, but also the more satisfactory communication service is provided to users, which leads to double promotion of economic and social benefits .
