随着电子技术在航空领域的应用,机载系统设备日趋复杂,其故障也随之增加。为提高维修效率,广泛应用机内自检BIT(built in test)技术,多数故障飞机自身就可以定位,不再需要传统的故障检测设备。但由于机载设备的复杂化,系统指标测试突显出来,对检测设备提出了新的要求。结合实例分析了BIT飞机配套检测设备的功能设置、检测方式和结构形式,提出检测需求要素和航空检测设备设计要素,并给出了完善测试性建议。
With the application of electronic technology in the field of aviation, airborne system equipment is becoming more and more complex, and its breakdown also increases. In order to improve maintenance efficiency, BIT (built in test) technology is widely used. Most of the faulty aircraft can locate themselves, eliminating the need for traditional fault detection equipment. However, due to the complexity of airborne equipment, the system index test highlights the testing equipment put forward new requirements. Combining with the example, the function setting, detecting mode and structure of BIT aircraft supporting testing equipment were analyzed. The elements of testing requirement and the design elements of aviation testing equipment were put forward. And some suggestions were put forward.
