“构造稳定性”一词,在水利水电工程地质勘察中,其涵义应包括:区域构造稳定性与基本地震烈度、水库诱发地震和坝基构造稳定性等三个问题。前者的研究以及基本地震烈度的确定,主要是地震地质部门的任务,其鉴定意见具有法律的效力。后两者的研究与评价,则主要是工程地质勘察部门的任务。即在调查研究区域地震条件的基础上,结合水库的附加作用和影响,以评价库、坝区构造稳定性问题。本文仅就坝基构造稳定性评价问题,略谈笔者的认识和见解。
The meaning of “structural stability” in water conservancy and hydropower engineering geological survey should include three aspects: regional structural stability and basic seismic intensity, reservoir induced earthquake and dam foundation structural stability. The study of the former and the determination of the basic seismic intensity are mainly the tasks of the seismological and geological department and their appraisal opinions have the legal effect. The latter two research and evaluation, it is mainly the task of engineering geological prospecting department. That is to say, on the basis of investigating the seismic conditions in the study area, combined with the additional effect and influence of the reservoir, the structural stability problems of the reservoir and dam areas are evaluated. This article only on the stability of the dam foundation construction evaluation, a brief talk about the author’s understanding and insights.
