目的:建立中成药双黄连胶囊中连翘酯苷A及连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Phenomenex-ODS-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 um)柱,以甲醇(含1%的四氢呋喃)-水(含0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾,PH 3.2)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm。结果:连翘酯苷A及连翘A的线性范围分别为7.8-139.5μg·ml-1和2.6~47.7μg·ml-1,其线性关系良好。连翘酯苷A平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.75%;连翘苷平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.03%。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于本制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of forsythiaside A and forsythin in Shuanghuanglian capsules of Chinese patent medicine. Method: A Phenomenex-ODS-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 um) column was used with methanol (containing 1% tetrahydrofuran)-water (containing 0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate, pH 3.2) as the mobile phase. Gradient elution was performed at a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results: The linear ranges of Forsythiaside A and Forsythia suspensa A were 7.8-139.5 μg·ml-1 and 2.6-47.7 μg·ml-1, respectively. The linear relationship was good. The average recovery of forsythiaside A was 100.3% and the RSD was 0.75%. The average recovery of forsythin was 99.2%, and the RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
