目的:研究大孔吸附树脂富集贯叶连翘总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法:以静态饱和吸附量、静态解吸率为考察指标,比较了6种大孔树脂纯化贯叶连翘总黄酮的工艺。又以总黄酮含量为指标,对最佳树脂吸附工艺条件进行了筛选。结果:HPD-600树脂吸附和解吸效果最佳,上样液的质量浓度3.81g·L-1,吸附流速1BV·h-1,洗脱剂70%乙醇,洗脱流速3BV·h-1,洗脱剂用量3BV。
Objective: To study the conditions and parameters of enriching total flavonoids of Hypericum perforatum with macroporous resin. Methods: Static saturated adsorption capacity and static desorption rate were used as indicators to compare the process of purification of total flavonoids from Hypericum perforatum by six macroporous resins. The content of total flavonoids was used as an index to screen the optimum resin adsorption process conditions. Results: The adsorption and desorption efficiency of HPD-600 resin was the best. The mass concentration of the sample solution was 3.81g·L-1, the adsorption flow rate was 1BV·h-1, the elution agent was 70% ethanol, and the elution flow rate was 3BV·h-1. Eluent dosage 3 BV.
