According to the provisions of the chapter of the China Highway Society, the China Road Society of Road Construction Machinery was officially established on November 5, 1979 in Changsha, Hunan Province. The first council consists of 8 directors and 8 deputy directors, 47 directors, and 1 secretary. In the past six years, especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party Congress, we have mainly done the following tasks: First, to carry out academic exchange activities. The Society was respectively established in Changsha in November 1979 and 1980.
