皇甫川流域 1979年以前水土保持治理断断续续 ,治理面积也比较小 ,1980年以后水土保持治理得到了稳步发展 ,1997年各种水土保持治理面积近 9万 hm2。水土保持治理对皇甫川流域的洪水特性及其冲淤特征等生态环境问题产生了一定的影响 ,主要表现在 :治理后不可利用流量的天数越来越多 ,洪水的含沙量降低 ,流速增大 ,流量增大 ,动量增大以及洪水单位动量冲刷厚度减小 ,而单位动量淤积厚度增大等。这些问题的形成原因有待今后进一步研究
Before 1979, the management of soil and water conservation in the Huangfuchuan Basin was intermittent and the area under control was relatively small. After 1980, soil and water conservation has been steadily developed. In 1997, various soil and water conservation areas under management were nearly 90,000 hm2. Flood and soil erosion control has some impacts on ecological environment such as flood characteristics and scouring and silting characteristics of Huangfuchuan River Basin, which are mainly reflected in the following: more and more days of non-available flow after flood control; Large, increasing flux, increasing momentum and flood unit momentum erosion thickness decreases, and unit momentum deposition thickness increases. The reason for the formation of these problems remains to be further studied in the future
