经历了十年多的风风雨雨,联华超市已由初创时的粗放型经营向高度集约化、规范化转型,成为国内最大的连锁商业企业之一。 随着企业改革力度加大,经济关系、劳动关系和利益分配关系日趋多元化,给工会财务工作特别是经费收缴带了深刻影响。如何正确认识当前工会财务工作面临的问题,并提出解决问题的措施,成为工会组织亟待研究的重要课题。
After more than a decade of ups and downs, Lianhua Supermarket has become one of the largest chain commercial enterprises in China with a highly intensive and standardized transformation from extensive operations at its start-up. With the intensification of enterprise reform, the increasingly diversified relationship between economic relations, labor relations and profit distribution has profoundly affected the financial work of trade unions, especially the collection of funds. How to correctly understand the current problems faced by trade union financial work and put forward measures to solve the problems has become an important issue to be urgently studied by the trade union organizations.
