对高速动车组用制动夹钳材料的化学成分、铸造性能及热处理工艺进行了介绍。浇铸了3种型号的制动夹钳,并对其进行了静强度试验、扭矩疲劳试验和振动疲劳试验。试验结果表明,该材料生产的制动夹钳各项性能指标完全满足200~300km/h动车组制动的要求。
The chemical composition, casting performance and heat treatment process of brake clamp with high-speed EMU are introduced. Three types of brake clamps were cast and subjected to static strength test, torque fatigue test and vibration fatigue test. The test results show that all the performance indexes of the brake caliper produced by the material fully meet the requirements of the brake of 200 ~ 300km / h EMUs.
