建立健全对党政主要负责人监督机制,既是深化干部制度改革,形成一套法制完备、纪律严明的监督体系的重要组成部分,又是约束各级主要负责人正确运用手中权力,提高领导水平和执政水平,增强拒腐防变能力的重要保证。“没有监督的权力必然导致腐败”,在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的新的历史时期,加强对党政主要负责人监督尤为重要。根据几年来的工作实践,就加强对党政主要负责人监督谈几点个人的看法和建议。
